HI

I have human hair extensions but I think they have been treated as they lose shine and become dull unless I have them blow dried at the hair dresser. Does anyone know a product that would help keep them straight and shiny?

Dear Franflan

There are many questions that need to be answered before recommending

any action to keep you hair extensions straight and shiny.

questions as how long you have you hair extensions, what source of

the hair extensions (Europe, China, India)?

There are many sources and qualities of hair extensions and may determent

the life and condition of your hair extensions.

Use only products recommended by your hair extension stylist, not

all hair care products are suitable for hair extensions.

Conditioning is extremely important! to maintain the health and luster of your hair

and to avoid tangles you will need to condition after each shampping.

Again DON'T take any action without consulting with your hair extensions stylist.

Its because of the hair there using, It will be coated in a plastic like cating, so they look really nice once there in, but once the coating has been washed of, or come off with styling etc, you are left with dull hair.

Next time you have them put in you should try smg hair extensions, they are not coated in anything, the hair is completely natural human hair, so when it is applied to your hair, it stays the way it was from the day is was fitted. hope this helps. http://www.hair-candi.com
